The role of Ask AI Producer

As Producer, you will be vital to the production of content which is essential to fulfilling our core mission of helping people navigate the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence at home, work, and society.

Specifically, you'll be responsible for identify and booking leading experts to collaborate with us in the creation of informative short videos.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy: Work with the Ask AI team to align the content program with our editorial focus areas for 2024

• Research: Build a prioritized list of ideal AI contributors, including founders, researchers, industry experts, academics, and policymakers.

• Outreach: Establish connections with influencers via email and social media to identify opportunities for content collaboration.

• Production: Organize the recording of content with guests and their teams, and maintain essential communications before and after publishing.

• Reporting: Gather feedback from participants to improve our operations and aggregate engagement data on visits, views, likes, shares, and comments generated by content.

Ideal candidate profile

• Passionate about artificial intelligence and its impact on society.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

• Background in public relations, marketing, or related field is a plus but not required.
